Log in detail emergency

  • Not sure why this is happening, but my log in details are NOT working, I have even changed the password, logged out and tried to log back in and it is reading that I have 1 more attempt before lock out.

    I normally use Clef to log in so i don’t type in a PW, but I need to provide it for a theme install.
    As far as I am aware, the username is the one that is given at the start correct, the one that i cannot change?

    if needed, you can create a new admin user in the database.

    As i mentioned I have tried that and it does not work, plus that direction reads there will be 2 password fields and there are not, only 1. Plus it reads generate password, then you can enter a specific one if you are not happy with the provided one.
    Either way I have done this 3x and no luck.
