    Hi,
    Interesting plugin!
Very smooth and straight forward but two things:
    a) Running Windows 10 and Edge browser. When submitting the ticket, there is some black effect (hm, what is it now called? ?? ) and it freeze like that. One cannot click on the button and return.
Refreshing the page do release the freeze.

    b) How should the visitor read the answers? Login as whom?

    Great work!
    Thanks,
    blogis

    Hi,

I cannot replicate the issue in Windows 10 and Edge browser. What Theme are you using? Have you tried with a different theme (eg Twenty Fifteen)?

If you are still having problems please raise a ticket at https://www.cloughit.com.au/support/ and provide a screenshot(s) so I can see what is happening.

With regards to point b, at this point in time the plugin is really developed for email piping, so the client would respond via email and their reply would be added to the ticket, and replies created by an agent within the administration panel would be emailed to the client.

The Pro version of the plugin does allow for clients to log in and submit replies via the front end, however, I am considering (and most likely will) enabling this feature on the free version soon (maybe within the next few days, I just need to migrate from the pro to the free version).
