log by IP / time until new vote

    hi, i’m having trouble defining when new votes/ratings by users are allowed again after they have voted. no matter how i set the log-mode, status for users who already voted is “voted” only (except for “no log” of course). i’d like to allow one vote per day and i read somewhere that logging by IP does just that, but i’m still unable to vote again after 24 hours or more. can you please clarify how i can achieve this?

    Sorry, that is not possible. There is no feature in the plugin to set a pre-defined time before u are allowed to rate again.

    The plugin was not designed for that use case. It is designed for only to rate once.

    i see, but doesn’t even changing the cookie-expiry-time have an effect on that? is it not possible to vote again if logged by cookie which is expired?
