Lodestar theme main header image vertical height

Aloha!

I have installed the Lodestar theme on my self hosted website. When I upload a custom header image the title disappears off the bottom of the page as if the “window” is too high.

You can see here – https://getvenk.com/opticians-lode. The site is a sub-site of a multi user install, not sure that has anything to do with it. I’ve tried cropping so it’s a letter box size but to no avail. It always looks really high.
