Loco Translate does not translate a string

    I am not a developer. I am using Loco Translate which is working fine.
    The plugin translates the below string but the result does not appear in the front end (in a pop-up)
    “Please select the options for your booking and make sure duration rules apply”
    I hope somebody can help me.
