Loco translate – Custom translation lost after WooCommerce updates

    Hi,

    Every time Woocommerce updates the its system (official) language translations files, I noticed that the custom translations, created with Loco, are lost. How can I fix this issue?

    Save your custom translations in locations that are not managed by WordPress updates whenever possible.

    Translations saved in safe locations should not be overwritten.

    Could you give me further information on how can I change the location for translations of WooCommerce custom translations to a safe location?

    As I see my theme translations currently are saved at /wp-content/languages/loco/themes folder.

    When I click on “Relocate” tab at Plugins/WooCommerce/Move woocommerce-el, I see thew following locations:

    System:

    languages/plugins/woocommerce-el.po

    Author:

    plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages/woocommerce-el.po

    Custom:

    languages/loco/plugins/woocommerce-el.po

    The custom location “languages/loco/plugins/woocommerce-el.po” is safe because it is under the “languages/loco” directory. This is as documented.

    What other information do you need?

    Ok I think that Ι achieved to relocate the translations of WooCommerce to languages/loco/plugins/woocommerce-el.po via Relocate tab at at Plugins/WooCommerce/Move woocommerce-el.

    This is the correct procedure right?
