Lockouts not reported in Daily Security Digest emails

I just realized I’m not getting notifications about lockouts on the security digest emails even though there are IPs that were marked as locked.
The email says this:
Lockouts: There have been no lockouts since the last email check.
On the logs there are lots of these:
Host or User Lockout 10 2015-07-25 11:05:45
I’m using iThemes Security 4.8.0 and WordPress 4.2.3
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
