Lockout after first login attempt?

I am looking at my logs and see that all hackers are trying to use “admin” ID. I obviously renamed my admin account, but I also want to immediate lockout somebody trying to login with username “admin”. Any idea how I can do this? I still want to keep the number of failed login attempts (before lock-out) for all other accounts at 5…
