I have about 4 websites using this plugin. A couple using the Pro version and a couple using the free version. On all these sites, when I go to update other plugins it locks up after the first update and stays in maintenance mode. When I disable this plugin it all works as it should when running the updates.

Does anyone else have this problem?
Any ideas why this might be happening?

    Thanks for any help.

  • Hi,

    Which version are you using?

    I’m using Calendar version 2.2.1
    WP version 4.2.2

I never find any error messages or logs. It just never goes past the first plugin update and doesn’t automatically come out of maintenance mode.

I thought it was a server issue but when I saw it on multiple sites I wondered. I also tried adding a php.ini file to increase the memory with no effect.

    Thanks for your help.

As far as I know no one reported such issue, have you tried the troubleshooting guide? https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/

    Hmm strange behavior.
I have run through that guide and the only thing that works is to deactivate this calendar plugin along with the Extended view add-on. Oh, well I will just keep doing that.

Curious that it is only me, and happens on 4 different websites.
Thanks for following up. I’ll post again if I find a solution.

Yeah, it’s strange, you can create a new topic on Timely forum, maybe one of the forum community members has an idea or can help.
