Locked out when using WordPress iPhone app?

    I use the WordPress app to manage my site.

    Since recently I am being locked out of the site by WordFence when using the WP app.

    Is there a setting I can tweak to prevent this from happening?

  • Hi @msephton,

    From a web browser, can you login to your site and check Wordfence -> Tools -> Live Traffic for any blocked rows?

    When you expand a blocked row, it will state why Wordfence blocked the connection.

    If you can let me know why Wordfence blocked you, I’ll provide you with steps on how to whitelist your connection within the firewall.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Since I have talked to my hosting company and they have verified that they are blocking activity from the WordPress app and I’m trying to get them to stop that.

    I disabled WordFence and the issue still occurred.
