Locked out question

    Hi All

    I recently got hacked and between my host and myself we managed to get my site back as it was before however we also had the lock out problem which I resolved using the wordfence temp lock out doc, but everytime I log out of the WP Admin area I get locked out again I’m quite happy to go through steps again but one of the instructions says identify what was locking you out in the first place and this is where I think where the problem lies, how do I identify so it dosent keep locking me out?

    First, please share a screenshot showing the block page you got.

    Also, please make sure “How does Wordfence get IPs” option is set correctly, you can make sure of that by checking (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics => IPs) and confirm that your IP is detected there correctly.
