Locked out of wp-admin

If you’re unable to login, you can try these steps to deactivate plugins via phpmyadmin. I would highly recommend making a backup or your site/database before attempting this, but should do the trick to deactivate the plugin causing an issue for you. Hope this helps.

I have a Artist web site and I was getting ready to make some updates to my site, I can no longer get into Admin. My ID and password no longer work, I keep getting my e-mail does not exist. My site was built for me by a Group of Grad. student at UD. They have graduated an moved on. Help!!!

I ended up deleting the plugin directory that pertained to the error message ie ninja forms through my cpanel file directory… worked well…
