Locked out of wordpress back-end

  • URGENT! Please help, I have been locked out of my wp-admin…

    I get the following message: Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office.

    I am the admin and I am logged in, but as soon as I want to access the back-end I receive this message.

    How can I resolve this without having to re-install the whole plugin?
