Locked out of templates page after activation

    Hi,
    I have installed the plugin on my multisite. The first site I activated it on worked
    fine, but after attempting to use it on other subsites, the splash page entitled
    “select page builder” is non-functional – the icons do not respond to mouse events.

    There is an error in the JS console:

    Hi @logicfish,

    Tested the same scenario on our end, and there was no such issue. ?All was working as it should. You might want to try deactivating all the plugins except the Starter Templates plugin, just in case if any plugins cause the issue.

    Strange that it works on part of the multisite, but not others. I will compare the lists of activated plugins on each site and report any conflicts.

    Very strange, there are identical plugins on two sites, one is showing the bug but the other didn’t. I will have to look at what code is being served from each one and why the page isnt working.
    in the meantime is there a way i can set the property manually to bypass the splash page?

    Hey @logicfish ,

    Indeed this is a very strange behavior. It doesn’t reproduce at my end too.
    There is no way to bypass the screen.

    I will ask my team to come up with an effective way to deal with this. Meanwhile, do you mind opening up a request here for a quicker response?
