    Hello there @ksoadmn

It seems that this is caused by the 404 Lockout module of Defender.
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/defender/#404-detection

As it seems there are some 404s (not found) errors that cause that. The safer way to sort this out would be to first deactivate Defender completely, resolve the 404 errors and then enable Defender back. You can deactivate it by connecting to your server files and delete the following folder:
    /wp-content/plugins/defender-security/

Another workaround would be to connect to your site using another IP address, probably via mobile data or another internet connection, and allowlist the blocked IPs:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/defender/#ip-banning

Let us know how that goes,
    Dimitris

    Hello @ksoadmn

I deleted all the table rows in my phpadmin

Could you please let me know what exactly you removed? Cause “all table rows” means everything, like not only Defender-related data, but every data from WP core settings, plugin settings, theme settings, actual content etc.

I’d rather advise restoring the database from a previous working backup and follow the steps I mentioned above.

And if you really want to go down the manual editing database road, then apart from making a backup before any change, then do try to delete the following table:
    {YOUR-DB_PREFIX}_defender_lockout

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
