Locked out of site

  • First, I am a newbie to website creations. I am using the customizr theme. I tried to place some code into the child theme and made a mistake in the process. Now I can not access my website through wordpress admin. I get a blank white screen so there doesn’t seem to be anyway to correct the error that I made.

    I am looking for help.

    Access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate so that you can access your Dashboard and undo whatever it is that you did to the child theme. ??
