    I guess I missed setting up my 2FA as admin and got this error: Your 2FA grace period expired. Please contact your site administrator to regain access and to configure 2FA.’ I added rsssl-safe-mode.lock. to wp-content folder and still cannot access site. It is URGENT i get into my site

    Hi @ezradallas,

    I see that you’ve marked the thread as resolved already, but I just wanted to quickly confirm if this is indeed the case or if you do need any further assistance with this.

    In any case, adding the rsssl-safe-mode.lock file (details here) fully deactivates the 2FA feature, as long as this file is present in the /wp-content/ folder.

    After successfully logging in, you can “Reset” the 2FA status for your User Account (Security -> Settings -> Two-Factor Authentication -> Users -> Reset) and safely remove the rsssl-safe-mode.lock as well.
