Locked out of my website – help!

    Hi,
    I enabled the plugin and logged out in order to check it out but I forgot to scan the QR to the app and now I’m locked out.
    disabling the app through wp-config define(‘TWO_FACTOR_DISABLE’, true); does not work.
    also, I can’t find the plugin in the plugins folder via FTP in order to delete it.
    please help me asap…!!!

    The TWO_FACTOR_DISABLE constant does work; if it’s not working for you, then you are doing it wrongly somehow. You could include a screenshot of what you have added so that it is easier to diagnose the problem.
