Locked out of my site

Phil,

I’m locked out of the backend of my site. When I go to login it just pops up with the home page showing I’m logged in expect there is a pad lock at the top left corner of the page. I have not access to the Admin Dashboard or anything. When I click the padlock it show “Toggle” when I click on that then I get a white screen saying “You do not have permission to view this page.” I’ve tried to disable the plugin through FTP, but it does nothing. I don’t know whats going on and why this has happen, I was making some changes to another plugin and then I got kicked out of my site and unable to get back in. In fact I’ve disable ALL plugins to the site and still nothing. I’ve cleared both site and server cache too. Thoughts?
