Login to your website’s control panel (cPanel), launch “File Manager”, navigate to PUBLIC_HTML => WP-CONTENT => PLUGINS and delete or rename the plugin folder acf-options-page.

That should, at the very least, take you past the current error you see on the page.

Google says if you’re using ACF PRO, you don’t need the ACF OPTIONS PAGE addon as well, as the feature is already baked in PRO.

There’s a second fatal error from the must-use plugin “Endurance Page Cache”. This plugin is provided by your host, and I don’t know if you can remove it or not (it’s inside the folder wp-content/mu-plugins/.
