Locked out of admin page due to accidental URL change

When editing the URL of my site, https://www.makewavesmedia.com , I meant to add the extension /?_idl_test=1 to the end of my URL in order to test that a splash screen was working correctly. By mistake, I added this extension to both the website URL and admin URL, locking me out of the admin page. I am now redirected to my site, but with a bunch of errors and currently cannot access the /wp-admin page.
