Hi, I just ran the latest update on 16 sites via ManageWP and now I can’t access the admin area of the sites. I get this message in Firefox:

    The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to rkmwoolsdirect.co.uk.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Trying to access anywhere in the admin area redirects to this page: https://website.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms-plugin.php&view=settings

and I get the message above.

ManageWP can also no longer access the sites either. Most of the affected sites are on https – but not all – and some are hosted on SiteGround – but not all – so it doesn’t appear to be a caching issue.

Not sure what to try next, short of re-naming the plugin file on the server to deactivate it manually across all the sites.

Thanks for your help. Bizarrely, all but two of the sites were working normally when I checked this morning (CET). Both of those sites were on the same SiteGround package, so I flushed all three master caches and was able to log in again.

Hope this info helps others, and thanks for a great plugin ??
