Locked out of ADMIN for WordPress

HELP!
I setup the Maven Member Plugin, but had yet to include the administrator as a user within the plugin – meaning I can’t got to website.com/wp-admin to access the wordpress administration pages for my website. ‘
Any ideas on how I can get into the back end again?
