Locked out of admin

  • HELP !!!
    I have been trying to move my site from the backend of an old html site (moretonbay.biz/wp) to a new wp installation on the root (moretonbay.biz) and have succeeded in locking myself out of the old site admin. It does not recognize the username or the password of the old site admin. It redirects to the new empty site admin.
    Is there a way for me to get to the admin of the old site, where all my data is??
    As well as that I have tried to load two different types of backups I made and one, ‘pressbackup’, only takes 32 MB backup and my backup is 400+ MB. I also had a backup from ‘wp complete backup’, this is 271MB and all it does is sending request to the website and stops there.

    HELP !!!!!
