Locked out of admin

Hi,

I tried to make a clone of the wordpress site by copying the current db and filesystem. I moved the copied filesystem to the new domains folder, then I took the sql file generated from copying the db and swapped out the old table prefix with the new table prefix.

Then uploaded the new prefixed tables to the same db (as im trying to share the same db for both sites)

I then updated the config file on the second site to reflect the new database prefix, along with updating the domain settings within the database table to make sure it is pointing to the new site.

Everything went great both sites are working fine, except for now Im locked out of my admin area on both sites giving me :

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
