Locked out, not receiving reset email?

I’ve not been able to log into my blog for some time. I’ve been procrastinating, so that’s why I’m now writing, begging, pleading even, for help. Let’s see. A few months back there was a system wide password reset. Since that time I’ve not been able to get back in. When I request a new password, or the password reset link, it says “a link to reset your password has been emailed to you.” BUT- I never get it. I have two emails, but it’s not going to either. When I first started blogging, I used the free hosting through wordpress.com. When I was ready for the .org freedom, I didn’t bother transferring, I just created a new site. The old one is still online, that one I can access, or at least I could last I tried. It’s confusing to have so many different wordpress logins. I think I’ve accumulated 3 at this point, for the .com, the .org, and possibly another one for commenting on other wordpress blogs. I need to straighten this out. I’m still paying for monthly hosting but haven’t been able to access my site for months. What should I do? Help is needed.
