• I have been using this product for a while and have been happy with, that is until I cam to change my phone and clear down the other one before logging in on the new one.

    It didn’t occur to me that the support for something as critical as this would be so poor!

    I am now in a situation where I cannot log into a site for nearly 8 hours and worse it has locked me out for another 24 hours.

    I realise these go wrong but making the product well and simple to use and us reliant upon it is begging is both good but also for trouble especially when the support system isn’t there.

    There are a lot of people using WordPress and all it needs is this sort of bad publicity and people will walk from this product like a bad smell.

    Hopefully someone will resolve this fast

    Has been sorted now and I am a happy bunny shame about the time delay but that’s the global market I guess. The support when it happened was very good and precise.

    Product as I said at first is good I now know more about it and can recommend it
