I thought I had the same problem, then discovered my own e-mail in my Junk folder…

I am just now checking this plugin out for the first time, and I am quite impressed so far! I do my homework before clicking, and here is where I was first quite impressed:

…it makes no modifications to site-wide .htaccess files. We will never be responsible for toasting your WordPress site because we introduce a bug and destroy your .htaccess. Too many plugins are hitting these file, we found, and it more-often-than-not breaks websites because the variables involved are too numerous to count. The last thing we want is a broken .htaccess party – the worst kind of party.

And, I even had to tell it to ignore me so *I* could write to that file! That, I say, is a bit of security.

Hey, great to hear you like what you see! ??

If after you’re finished trying it out and ya like it, would you fancy leaving a review for us? ??

    Thanks!
    Paul.

Most certainly, and I might first borrow a little more of this thread if I have any questions along the way. One thing I have noticed is that the window for selecting WordPress Roles for two-step authentication only shows the default WordPress Roles where I have deleted one of those and added others that do not show in that window.

Roles with WordPress is a tricky thing and I haven’t quite decided how I’d handle that just yet… roles and capabiities is just not a pretty thing to program :/

Question: Is there a way to clear either certain parts or all of the Audit Trail? I have unchecked firewall skips and would like to clear those from the Audit Trail Viewer.

Better management of the Audit trail will come in a future release. I’m waiting for more feedback before going down a coding path that unnecessary.

I’ve received some feedback for the audit trail and some of which I’ll implement, but coding different features takes time and ultimately what I want to create is something that takes care of itself for most people. There’s more work/planning to do…

    Thanks,
    Paul.
