locked out = HEELP!!!

    after the upgrade to last version, the site dint work in the frontend.|
    so i went to the backend which is working fine.

    i look the permalink, was the standar, so i told to the system to look for the site at: /index.php

    after that am log out and cant get in.

    any idea how to resolve it?
