Locked out from website after changing custom URL

I have not been able to login to my website for weeks after changing URL (I know I’m using right URL), I deleted lockouts and all from database but nothing helps.
Funnily enough hackers do access login page but I can not! I get notifications that someone is trying to login but when i click link, I get re-directed to main page…
