Locked out from the dashboard

    Hi,

    I installed the plugin to switch to another user, when I did it nothing happen but when I tried to access the dashboard again I’m getting 404.

    • I deleted the plugin from the FTP client
    • clear cookies
    • created a new admin user

    Can you advise?

    This sounds unrelated to User Switching. All this plugin essentially does is switch the cookies in your browser.

    If you’ve deleted User Switching and cleared your cookies and the site is still broken then it sounds like something else on your site got broken. I would try deactivating your other plugins one by one (preferably starting with any that change aspects of the login mechanism) and try reinstalling WordPress if you still get a 404.
