Locked out! Error: No locked entry was found in the DB with your IP a

    Dear all,
    I changed my pwd yesterday on my wordpress admin-site to let Enfold theme people log in, as I had some issues after the last update. Today I tried to login into my own site and new pwd didn’t work, I tried a few times and got locked out. I have now changed pwd through link in email from wordpress, but am still locked out due to too many failed attempts. However, if I request unlock instructions I get a notification: Error: No locked entry was found in the DB with your IP address range! please advise!

    I am using this plugin and was advised by the WP support forum to also ask for help in this plugin forum
