    Good day.

    I have taken management over my office website. Upon attempting to login to the backend, I accidentally got the password wrong and it’s locked me out with the message “Locked out due to too many failed attempts.”

    So, I went into the cpanel and deleted the sso.php file in the wp-content folder, and yet the error message remains.

    Please help. It is super important because my office needs it sorted.

    Hi Yuri,

    Thanks for your query.

    It seems you’re facing the issue with some other plugin. The error message you mentioned is not from our SAML Single Sign-on plugin. Also, our plugin doesn’t have any file named sso.php.

    Kindly check and please raise a query from the Support/ Contact Us form of the plugin so that we can help you with figuring out the issue.
