Locked Out. Can’t Even Log In Through the WP Gateway

    Hi,

    You mentioned that you Whitelisted your IP though. That feature is not available in the free version so if you have Under Construction Page PRO you should contact our support via the contact form on our website https://underconstructionpage.com/contact as we can’t offer support for premium plugins on this forum.

    I can see the issue on your website. Under Construction Page does not block the default login URLs /wp-admin/ and /wp-login.php. So from the redirect to /404/ it looks like you have another plugin and/or .htaccess rules to rewrite/redirect the default login URL.

    Unfortunately, the only way to get logged in at the moment is to either disable Under Construction Page or the other login plugin via FTP ??

    So the company hosting my site would be able to do this?
    They would find the file in question and remove it?
