This is extremely aggravating. I don’t understand why a plug-in can lock me out of my own website – that I paid for. Also, Jetpack asks me to send myself an email and when I do it does absolutely nothing. I checked the procedure how to unblock myself and all it shows are things I can do if I have access to my dashboard – which I do not.

I need to work on my website because I run an advocacy about disaster response and preparedness, it is the middle of typhoon season where I am and all of this is seriously interfering with the work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @mylesdelfin, sorry you’re locked out at a time like this! You used a WordPress.com account to connect Jetpack, and your login there is separate from your dashboard.

Log in to WordPress.com, then go to My Sites → Settings → Security → Prevent brute force login attacks. You can enter your address(es) there.
