• Hi,

I made edits to my site as recently as November 2017 by logging in as per usual via /wp-admin and making alterations. I have not logged in to that site or any other site since November 2017 and I use professional antivirus software at all times. In that time I have only linked to it externally and occasionally looked at Google Analytics.

When I tried to log in today I was presented with “Your IP address has been flagged as a threat by the iThemes Security network.”

I cannot log in to my site and I need to make some urgent changes.

How can this be rectified? Is there a chance my IP is being used for attacks without my knowledge?

I barely try to log into any websites and if I do I’m immediately successful. If I have been flagged as a ‘threat’ – why?

    Thanks!

    Other info:

    – There is no record of my IP under lockouts on my database.
    – There are many brute force attempts recorded – none from my IP.
    – I’m certain I added my IP to the whitelist (although I cannot check this now)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
