locked out (after installing plugin "Members" and "Pqid Membership Pros)o

    Hi,

    I really need your help.
    I have tried to access the wordpress dashboard via phpMyAdmin but wihtout luck!
    I downloaded the Members plugin…and make some changes although they certainly shouldn’t have caused this problem. Anyhow, now when I try to log on to my site: https://www.fienergy.net/wp-admin/ I a) can’t log on as it doesn’t take my wordpressadmin log in and 2) get redirected to this site: https://www.fienergy.net/login/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.fienergy.net%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

    Since I am not a programmer and have NO clue what I’m looking for in phpMyAdmin, can someone please help me? I can’t find the wp-plugin section. I did however see the wp-user, and changed my password there and set the funtion to MD5…but that didn’t do a thing. I still can’t access my site.

    I keep reading one is supposed to delete all plugins- well, how do I do that? and it that truly the problem?

  • phpMyAdmin is a program that allwos you to access MySQL databases and can not be used to get to the wordpress backend

    I would suggest you use FTP or your cPanel’s File manager to move teh two plugins out of the …wp-content/plugins folder and see if you can then get in to the backend.
