    Hi,

    We installed the plugin, but now no one can login to wp-admin. We’re getting “Error: Please solve Captcha correctly” even if the image captcha was correctly entered.

    How do we deactivate this plugin since we are unable to login at all to the wordpress dashboard via wp-admin? Can we just delete the plugin folder from wp-content/plugin directory?

  • May be you have entered wrong secret key or site key and secret key for v1 of reCaptcha from google. It need v2 site key and secret key from Google to work correctly.

    You can access via ftp and delete or rename plugin folder from wp-content/plugin directory
