So, just delete it? No help? Gee, thanks. Fortunately I retread the post by wpsolutions and watched the vid he recommended. I was able to learn how to deactivate it via FTP. Once I am in I still can’t run test, though. If I activate it, I will be booted.
Perhaps wpsolutions can guide me via PHPMyAdmin so I can unban myself. I’m whitelisted so don’t know why I’m banned. (Edit: I can’t whitelist until I can get in ). I can then test one plugin at a time to find the incompatibility.
No, I won’t delete it. I will get it working somehow, pay for it, then won’t be treated so rudely when I need support. I asked how many times, how to unban myself? I run into forgetting how in PHPMyAdmin but instead of offering a solution you say, “deactivate that delete this plugin” which makes no sense but infers I should not use your product. When representing a product, it is not wise to publicly tell a customer to delete that product when they ask for help. Consumers searching for solid security solutions for WordPress will Google for help. They will see your product, search some more, and see Support telling them to delete, rather than help. Consumers might visit another WordPress help site and read the treatment people receive when asking for help. Or, they could visit a large site that promotes WordPress plugins …
