LOCKED OUT!

  • We were attempting to adjust the price range widget and noticed within the code what seemed to be a typo (“rage” instead of “range”) so we changed it, and when we tried to update the changes, received this message:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpsc_range_where() (previously declared in /home/jimmyg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-widgets/price_range_widget.php:145) in /home/jimmyg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-widgets/price_range_widget.php on line 164

    I decided to close the page hoping that the changes would erase and I could start from scratch, but instead I am now unable to access not only my wordpress dashboard, but any aspect of my website at all (GetShockT.com). The only thing that appears is a blank, white page displaying the above error message. How can I fix this?! I need my webpage!

    Please, please help!

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the plugins/wp-e-commerce folder.
