locked off due same username for wordpress.com and www.remarpro.com blogs

Hi
can somebody help me . I used thesame username for my www.remarpro.com to sign in to wordpress.com. I got immediately locked off my www.remarpro.com WP/Admin.my site. https://www.natdot.com is running ok , but i cant get to Dashboard. what have i done . can i get a help.please Nate
