Locked myself out of my site

Sorry… I’m another idiot who accidentally locked himself out of his site. Stupid mistake.. I was trying to remove all permissions from Gravity forms and it turned out the tab selected was General and not Gravity forms. I desperately need to get back in asap. I’m so sorry.. please just help me out – I’m pretty saavy so if you tell me how to approach this I can.
