    Hello videousermanuals.com team,

first of all: I love your plugin and am actively using it for over a year now.
Thank you for your great work.

However, a few days ago – while setting up a new site – I somehow managed to log myself out. I created some menu restrictions for the future admin of the site, so I used the feature you provide. I didn’t mark the other user account as “other admin of the site” so I assumed everything should work as per usual. I’ve tested this by logging in as the new limited admin of the site, everything worked like a charm.
Interestingly, when trying to re-login with my full admin account, I was presented with the same limited menü. Since I disabled white-label-cms for the new admin, I cannot access the settings of your plugin, even not with the full admin account.

I regained access to other crucial parts of the site by deactivating your plugin via FTP in the file system, the full deactivation affects the new admins’ account, too.

Is there a way to add a new, full admin via the database? if so, which tables and rows are affected?

    Best regards

    Hi @marketingnr1 ,

Thanks for the kind words about the plugin!

There is an easy solution for this which will mean you can avoid touching the DB.

All you need to do is paste in the URL of the admin settings, and this will allow you to see the settings, and modify the plugin from there.

So just add this to your domain URL:
    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms-plugin.php

We don’t no modify user roles at all so this will work.

If you are still having problems, let us know.

    Thanks

Same to me, but when using this URL I get logout and when logging in I still don’t get the possibillity to give me rights to modify White label CMS settings back.

Anyone an idear how to get back the possibility to get this back?

    Hi @uwsiteonline ,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. That does sound strange.

Normally we would recommend that you either go to the URL stated above, or just use this URL to reset the plugin:

add this to your domain URL:
    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset

Be sure you check the structure of your WordPress installation so this URL structure would match.

As mentioned above, we don’t modify the user roles, so if you are logging in with an admin account, you should be able to access those URLs.

    Hope this helps.
