Locked myself out

    Hello Support. I’ve locked myself out accidentally adding my local ISP *.ph.ph.cox.net to the mix and now the send unlock email sends me the links but won’t get me access to the ADMIN or even the web site. Any solutions to a fix? I have access to FTP is there a file that holds the ISP name I can remove to gain access again? Thank you
