    Hi
We are searching for the location of “Locked IP Addresses” in Wordfence so we can allow access to customers that have accidentally been locked out.
Has the location of the Locked IP Addresses changed? Please advise new location /how to access?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @undergroundengland123, thanks for getting in touch!

You can check to see whether the user’s IP appears under Wordfence > Firewall > Blocking. You can choose to “Unblock IP” from here. You can also see when IPs were blocked in Live Traffic and unblock them from there by clicking the “eye” icon to expand the entry.

Depending on your settings under Wordfence > All Options > Rate Limiting > How long is an IP address blocked when it breaks a rule and Wordfence > All Options > Brute Force Protection > Amount of time a user is locked out, the IP may have already become unblocked if you can no longer find it.

Let me know how you get on!

    Thanks,

    Peter.
