Locked in a Castle!

  • I felt like a prisoner in a huge castle! Everything is available, but can’t get over the fact that you can’t escape.

    It has a lot of features but switching to a different theme is impossible. All I see is a white screen which suggests that some unreadable code has been left behind by the theme. I don’t want to be forced to stick with one look.

    What bothered me the most, however, is the menu options it comes with. There must be a way to disable it so it doesn’t conflict with other custom menu options. Ultimate Members provides a beautiful conditional menu that makes it super easy to create a login/logout functionality. This stupid theme disables this functionality and uses its own options!! BAD!

    I’ll recreate my two weeks of work with a different theme. Thanks for wasting my time.

    By the way, I tried submitting a ticket to see if I can get any help but your registration functionality sucks. It keeps on telling me that I entered the wrong password when I know for a fact (after resetting my password twice!) that I’m entering the correct details. Good support you got there >:/

    First of all sorry for your issues, but I have to say it and say it loud that switching from Phlox to other official standard themes is possible.
    By the way, the fact is we love our customers and that’s why we are writing this, we would be soo happy if you give us a chance to help you so please try to use our support forum and be sure we would help you very fast. if you have difficulty accessing our support forum please explain your issue here and give us a link to your site.
