Lock up when in setting screen

    Hi,

    I have installed the plugin in my testing environment and it works great however when I install on my production website it locks up on the settings screen. The settings screen becomes unresponsive and does not allow scrolling or clicking. I can still use the navigation buttons on the browser and my pc is not locked up, just the settings screen. I have tried to go in through the general settings screen and through the custom post type edit screen and it is the same behaviour.

    I’m not sure if there is a conflict between plugins I am using. Is there any known issues that may cause it to lock up?

    Hi Scott,

    Please try disabling all other plugins and check if the issue persists. Also try switching to a default theme (like twentyfourteen).

    You mentioned the screen settings are “locked”, which could indicate another plugin conflicitng with the javascript. You could try opening your browser’s console and check for errors.
