Lock stock items

Hello!, i’m trying to find out how to do this:
I have a physical Store and i also sell online, i’m trying to lock some items’ stock, so i always have certain amount of items in my physical Store.
I’m trying to make 5 items to show up as OUT OF STOCK, i’m getting some results in the woocommerce page, but only for ALL of the items i need it to be fixed only on some of them.
I have tried ATUM for the Out of stock quantity and it works to some extent, because if i have 10 items i’m able to purchase all 10 of them. In this case i would need the customer to be able to only purchase 5, because i will save 5 of them for my store.
How do you guys think i would be able to achieve this??

Hi there,
You can set an “out of stock threshold” for this if you’d like to keep 5 in stock while still showing the product as out of stock. You can set that option here:
