I’m sure it’s a great security tool but it kept locking me out from my WordPress installation. In the end even changing the passwords via phpMyAdmin didn’t help anymore, so I had to disable the plugin via phpMyAdmin – glad I found the instructions how to do this.
Plugin deactivated – login problems gone.

Maybe I’ve made a mistake myself but this shouldn’t happen in any case.

Hi, did you create a support ticket here in the forum? What features did you enable in the plugin? If you let me know what you enabled I am sure I can help you troubleshoot your issue.

No, I had to quickly fix this since I had to make urgent changes on the website. As I said, it had locked me out completely, so the only way to get in again was to deactivate All In One WP Security via phpMyAdmin.

Would you like to try again and test the plugin? And if you run into any issues can you please open up a support ticket and someone will assist you very quickly.
