Lock Elements

Hi everyone, I want to put a bunch of videos on a page but have them ‘locked’ and then unlock one video every week. I don’t think this is possible using only elementor so if here are some creative solutions let me hear them!
When the user clicks on the video I would like them to have a lock animation as well as some text saying something like “you’ll have to wait until next week!”
I’ve done some searching but haven’t found the solution yet. Thanks in advance for the help.
